From the Vines Point Of View!

I'm back! Remember me....Vine One on Row 102?  After a long winter where the frosts shivered my rooting bits and I left me as bare as the day I was planted I decided that enough was enough and that I should get on with things. My rooting bits thawed out and as that was happening I felt the full flush of spring and started to sprout some shoots all over the place.... even a couple of water shoots here and

there! Now all my vegetative growth is blooming and because my friends the birds tell me its going to be a long hot hot summer I'm really going to need all the shade I can get! There is some gossip around the grapevine that this year some of us might get to feed our grapes to the birds or let them drop to the ground because of something called the E CON O MY ....... it must be a dreadul virus to catch as thousands of my viney friends around the place are really scared!  I will keep you posted on that. Meantime I can feel a stiring in me spurs that tells me it won't be long till things really start happening just watch this space!
